Paris Saint-Germain are Ligue 1 champions for the fourth consecutive season after a staggering 9-0 win at Troyes on Sunday which secured the sixth title in the capital club's history.
Just four days after scoring and providing an assist in PSG's 2-1 win at Chelsea in the Champions League, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was integral to the success of Laurent Blanc's men once again with four goals and another assist.
The super Swede was joined on the score sheet by Edinson Cavani (twice), Javier Pastore, Adrien Rabiot and the unfortunate Matthieu Saunier — who scored an own goal and played a key role in the visitors' opener — as PSG recorded the biggest away win in the history of Le Championnat.
PSG were merciless in front of goal but Troyes did not help themselves with a limp home performance and they finished with 10 men after substitute Lossemy Karaboue's straight red card.
Blanc can now celebrate his third consecutive Ligue 1 title — tying the record held by Albert Batteux, Robert Herbin and Paul Le Guen — while his players can delight in the fact that have set a new French and European record for the fastest domestic title win.
